In addition to specializing in acreage properties, Travis has also successfully sold condos, townhomes, single-family homes, new construction, and bare land, equipping him with valuable experience across a wide range of property types.
Born and raised in the heart of the Fraser Valley in Abbotsford, B.C., Travis attended MEI Schools and graduated from Yale Secondary. He then played three years in the WHL with the Kamloops Blazers, where he learned the values of hard work, determination, and teamwork. Travis developed a passion for agricultural real estate by observing his parents, Greg and Susanne Walton, excel in the industry. He gained invaluable experience working alongside them on various projects and also through his role as a ranch hand at Cold Water Ranch in Merritt.
Travis graduated with distinction from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2024, earning a Business Degree with a double minor in Finance and Professional Sales, as well as a Certification in Communication. During his studies, he consistently made the Dean’s List and received the Academic All-Canadian Award on multiple occasions. Prior to his time at UFV, Travis studied and played hockey at Trinity Western University for two years.
