Ours was a particularly challenging listing as we were grossly overvalued by BC Assessment Authority in 2019, then dealt an additional blow from the TOL when they considered increasing the setbacks of our neighbours stream, leaving us with far less usable land and thus further lowering our market value. Susanne approached the challenge head on, putting us in touch with the right people and together we were able to move forward.
